Free consultation: A 30-minute conversation by phone or video. You tell us what’s going on; we listen, ask questions, and talk honestly about whether and how we can help. No pressure, no pitch. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you — and point you toward someone who is.
Initial visit: If it makes sense to move forward, we come to you. A focused visit where we get a real sense of your situation — your home, your belongings, your timeline, and what this transition means to you. This is where we begin to understand not just the logistics of what’s ahead but the human reality of it.
Customized plan: A clear, plain-language document that reflects what we understood from the home visit — your situation, the scope of the project, how we’d structure the work, and what it costs. We walk you through it together, because a proposal this significant deserves a conversation, not just a signature.
Active project: This is where the work happens — sorting, deciding, coordinating, packing, managing vendors, adapting when life intervenes. We handle the complexity and keep you informed without overwhelming you. You stay in the driver’s seat. Every decision is yours.
Completed project: Settled in your new space, with the previous chapter closed with care. The project ends when you’re ready — not when the last box is unpacked, but when you feel like you’ve landed.
